“Victory is sweet.” I’m sure if you know K. Bromberg’s name, you’ll most likely to know her for the incredible creation that is Colton Donovan. Her Driven series is the only racing books I have ever read, so when I saw she was releasing a new series in the motor-racing world, I knew I had to read it. This one started off slowly for me (I’m not entirely sure if it’s just because of the kinds of books I’ve been reading though) I liked it, but I didn’t love it. But I knew Kristy would deliver and she absolutely did! I really liked Camila—she’s funny, feisty and strong (even if she doesn’t think so at times) I adored her relationship with Elise. more than with her other girlfriends actually, and of course, I adored the relationship with her dad too. She really goes from strength to strength in this story and it’s such a great arc. Now, what can I say about Riggs? I truly feel like he’s one of my favourites, one I’ll remember and read again.
