Don't Forget Me Tomorrow (Time River #2) by A.L. Jackson

 "Love is on the house." I’ve read a couple of books by A.L. Jackson before and enjoyed them. But I’ll be completely honest and say that when I saw the hashtag #piercedmc and read the blurb, it was an instant yes for me— you like what you like, right? I absolutely loved Ryder and Dakota’s story. I didn’t expect the plot twist and I adored that I didn’t guess it because I (rather annoyingly) do tend to guess.   Dakota is one of my favourite female characters ever I think. She’s strong, knows what she wants and goes to get it, even when that results in heartbreak. I simply loved her attitude and strength throughout this book and there wasn’t a single moment that she frustrated me (which is rare for me I’ll admit) I also cannot tell you how much I ADORED that she was a curvier female lead and that the guy adored those curves—as he should! Now, Ryder … bloody hell where did you come from? Seeing as it was this dark male that tempted me to read this story, I’m delighted to say...
